Stephanie A. Lopez is principally responsible for winning orders and advising their production process to delivery. She also tracks staff performance, organizes and mentors new-staff training, implements and monitors established procedures, and maintains office order.
Lopez was educated in business practice from an early age. After being inspired by the business women she met while accompanying her father Henry Savedra Jr. on a parade of business trips upon reaching working age, she left her part-time mathematics teachers assistant position and began working for him with aspirations to follow in his footsteps and inherit her family's generational trade. Over the next six years, she progressed from a projects team member to projects manager, and finally advanced to a full-time sales manager once graduating with her B.A. from Azusa Pacific University. Over the subsequent two years, Lopez experienced significant growth in confidence as she was experiencing great success in her position amidst its increasing independence and weight of responsibility. When Savedra decided to start his own company, Tekton Hospitality, Lopez was faced with the decision to accept his offer of Vice President, or pursue further education and a career according to her degree in Political Science, emp. in Latin American Studies. Compelled by her early ambition, she partnered with her father and began building it side-by-side. Together the two selected Tekton Hospitality's location, systematized company procedure, authored operative templates, and actualized operation.
